We work with the poor and marginalized — primarily families living in slums and communities affected by disasters.
We run campaigns on our own website for planned causes, also list events on crowd-funding platforms, and welcome donations through our website that go directly toward upcoming programs.
MTD was founded by a group of young corporate professionals who felt it was their social responsibility to give back. The day-to-day work is led by a Core Group elected from volunteers at the AGM every 3 years, supported by a Board of Advisors from diverse backgrounds, an Executive Committee, and a wide volunteer workforce.
Our primary focus is to reduce poverty through comprehensive, well-planned projects in health, education, livelihood, and disaster preparedness & response.
Making The Difference was formed in 2014 by Mr. Deepak Vishwakarma in association with young corporate professionals.
